Indicative Program
The Research–Industry Innovation and Matching Program is a dedicated activity within IEEE MeAVeAS 2027, designed as a two-way dialogue between industry and research, creating opportunities for participants to exchange expertise, share experiences, and identify common challenges and needs.
The program comprises two complementary sessions, Research to Business and Business to Research, followed by dedicated matchmaking meetings between researchers and companies.
During the 60-minute Research to Business session, research teams will present innovative technologies, applied research results, and emerging solutions with potential industrial application.
The 60-minute Business to Research session will give Gold Sponsors the opportunity to outline their technological needs, operational challenges, and strategic innovation priorities.
The two sessions will be followed by 30 minutes of targeted matchmaking meetings between Gold Sponsors and research groups, aimed at identifying concrete opportunities for collaboration and fostering new research-industry partnerships.
Company participation in all three components of the program is reserved exclusively for Gold Sponsors.
The duration of individual presentations will be defined according to the number and type of contributions selected by the organising committee.
Further details on participation and submission procedures are available in the Call for Industry and the Call for Abstracts and Flagship Solutions.
