Authors of contributions presented at IEEE MeAVeAS 2027 will have the opportunity to submit an extended version of their work for consideration in a dedicated Special Issue of Acta IMEKO.
Submitted manuscripts are expected to present original research on the advancement and application of measurement science and technology in veterinary and animal sciences and to provide a substantial extension of the contribution presented at the conference, including, where appropriate, additional experimental results, methodological developments, further validation, data processing, or more in-depth analysis.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo the standard peer-review process and anti-plagiarism check of Acta IMEKO and must comply with the journal’s submission requirements and author guidelines.
ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Acta IMEKO (eISSN 2221-870X) is the scientific journal of IMEKO – International Measurement Confederation. It is indexed in Scopus, Web of Science (IF 0.9) and DOAJ, and according to Scopus it is in Q2 for Electronics, Q2 for Instrumentations, and in Q3 for mechanics.
The journal supports the scientific activities of IMEKO by promoting the dissemination of high-quality research arising from conferences, workshops and other scientific initiatives. It publishes research papers focused on the advancement of measurement science and technology, covering metrology, instrumentation, measurement methods and systems, sensors, data processing and their applications across a broad range of scientific and technological fields.
The journal provides immediate diamond open access to its published content (no fees for Authors and Readers).
